Our Workshops
SVPG focuses on the best practices of companies using the product operating model to create some of the most iconic products in the world. We offer a variety of workshops to help companies and product professionals understand what the product operating model means and how to apply it in their roles and organizations.
Our workshops are less about skills training and more about sharing the best practices on how great technology products are made and how to transform your own organization to do the same.
For each of our workshops, we offer both a public version open to individuals and companies, and a private version customized for your specific company.
