A Workshop for Product Managers and Product Teams

Our flagship workshop covers essential best practices around product roles and people, product teams and empowerment, product discovery, scaling product organizations, and much more.

Be warned that these sessions are intense.  They are designed for people that are serious about becoming exceptional at their job, and companies that are prepared to significantly change how they do product.  Our intention is to provide the single best learning opportunity in the world for product people and for companies with tech-enabled products.  

Public Workshops for Product Managers:

The public version is designed primarily for product managers/product owners of all levels, though it’s also useful for product designers, tech leads, CTO’s and startup co-founders.

We offer in-person and online versions of this public workshop. 

The in-person version runs two full days. They are typically held in San Francisco, New York, and London, but we occasionally schedule in other cities as well. 

The online version is conducted via Zoom in four, 3.5-hour sessions. These sessions occur at the same time on four consecutive days in a single week. 

NOTE: We are continuously evaluating the in-person venues for safety through the COVID-19 pandemic. We will convert any scheduled in-person events to online if it’s not safe for an in-person gathering.

Private Workshops for Product Teams:

The private workshop is customized to the specific products, industry, business model, processes and culture of your company, and is aimed at your actual, cross-functional product teams (aka squads). 

It is intended for product managers/product owners, product/UX designers, user researchers, software architects/lead engineers, data analysts, project/program managers, product marketing managers, plus management and leadership from these functional areas.

Prior to the workshop, we conduct an assessment of your product organization, which is based on a set of approximately 10 interviews with cross-functional leadership and individual contributors. This allows us to properly tune the workshop content and provides a set of recommendations on where you can improve how your organization develops its products.

We offer this workshop either onsite or online. 

The online version is conducted via video conference in a series of sessions over a single week. The sessions include breakout rooms for exercises and office hours to ensure access to the instructor. 

The in-person session runs for two days and is held at or near your offices at a location of your choice.
